Mosida Orchards is now being developed by Utah Armadillo, LLC, a business managed by David K. Gardner and Terry C. Harward, who have a combined real estate experience of over 60 years. David is the owner of Gardner & Associates, a land planning consulting firm created in 1979. Before creating Gardner & Associates he served as a city planner. Terry owns Harward Real Estate and has been involved in developing and selling real estate for over 30 years.
David and Terry have also partnered in several significant real estate developments such as River Woods Research and Business Park, Riverside Avenue Condominiums, Grandview Gateway Condominiums, 820 North Business Park, Franklin Park Condominiums and Brookside Industrial Park. Other developments include Trellis on the Green, Gables at Grandview and Westgate planned community.
